Fragwave Return & Refund Policy

At Fragwave, we always aim to provide authentic, branded perfumes directly sourced from trusted suppliers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return or Refund for Scent Preference

Perfume preference is personal. We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you simply do not like the smell.
All our products are original branded items, not manufactured by us.
We encourage customers to check reviews and scent notes before purchasing.

2. Mandatory Opening Video for Claims

To process any complaint, customers must record a full uncut opening video showing:

  • The sealed poly / package

  • The unboxing process

  • The product condition at first opening

This video is required for issues such as:

  • Broken bottle

  • Leakage

  • Damaged packaging

  • Nozzle malfunction

Submit your complaint with the opening video within 24 hours of receiving the product.
After 24 hours, we will not be able to accept or process any claims.

3. Damage or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A wrong item

  • A manufacturing defect

We offer the following resolutions:

  • Exchange: 3–4 days

  • Refund: 1–2 days

(Processing time may vary depending on pickup and verification.)
